Just after midnight today there was an incident in Westgate Street. A 35-year-old man was stabbed during the incident.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident and has not spoken to police, or who has any information about the case should call 0845 090 1234 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident 6 of January 13.”
A police spokesman said: “The offender is described as being of slim or medium build, around 5ft 10ins tall, wearing dark clothing including a scarf around the face and a hood over the head.
