The annual children’s Mayor’s event takes place in The Guildhall on New Year’s Eve. Spanners Amazing Circus Show will be there to create a party atmosphere with a disco, circus tricks and other entertainment, Kieran Powell, ventriloquist and winner of the competition, will be there to help with the entertainment.
The children, aged 7 to 11, will be individually welcomed by civic leaders, The Right Worshipful the Mayor of Gloucester (Councillor Jan Lugg) and The Sheriff of Gloucester (Councillor Geraldene Gillespie) to the performances at 11.00 am and 2.00pm.
The Mayor said “I’m delighted to build on the Mayor’s annual children’s parties.”
