Police found missing Edward Champ on the evening of Friday, June 11.
The 81-year-old Gloucester man was reported missing earlier in the day on Friday and was found, with his dog, in Gloucester at 6.15pm. He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for medical checks.
The Constabulary would like to thank all those who assisted in the search.
