While the Village & Community Agents are out more than usual supporting vulnerable people, being a ‘good neighbour’ is also vitally important in this severe wintery weather.
For more advice on how to be a good neighbour and staying well this winter, look at the ‘Keep Warm and Well’ pages on www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/keepwarm
Village and Community Agents bridge the gap between communities and organisations that are able to offer help or support to the over 50s. While Village Agents provide support to over 50s mainly in rural areas, Community Agents support black and minority ethnic groups countywide. To find out if there is a Village or Community Agent in your area, go to www.villageagents.org.uk or call 01452 426868
