Return of DJ Mac 3

I love cars and I also collect them, playing football, rugby, squash and loads of other sports and I love all kinds of music.

I started collecting records when I was 7yrs old (mainly so I could hear my favourite tunes over and over again still true to this day). My first record was ‘ by the rivers of Babylon’ by seven tears, a yellow limited edition vinyl copy, which I still, have today. My aspiration for music came from my mother who used to have the radio on all day, every day and my dad who was a DJ at the then famous Bamboo Club in Bristol. I started my djing life on Bad Radio (Then a pirate station), which is now Vibe FM; it was a Sunday afternoon show playing mainly RNB, Hip-Hop and Ragga. After that I got my first Djing job in Bristol town centre in central cambers and built my djing career from there working over the country from Bristol, Swindon, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Derby, Weston –Super-Mare and in Gloucester liquid “ The Flow”. I also spent a few summers djing in Faliraki and other countries and at some point of my djing life I’ve djed alongside big name dj’s such as Trevor Nelson, Tim Westwood, Steve Sutherland, The Dream Team, Heartless Crew, Roni Size and many more. I also djed and helped promote big nights such as Twice As Nice, Garage Nation, La Costa Nostra and The One.

Martin (In Full Swing) who is a long time friend and who’ve djed alongside with always kept me informed of GFM progress over the years, and now the opportunity has arisen for me to be a part of it I jumped at the chance!!!  And it’s good to be part of GFM because it’s new exciting and LEGAL! ! ! ! ! !

I’ve done loads of RSL’s (short term license station) including Power Jam, Big Time Radio, and UNI FM. I also had a time show on Eagle FM (now star FM) in Bristol. I have lots of awards for athletics as I use to run for Bristol athletics club winning loads of competitions in 100, 200, and 400 metres I also competed in the triple jump and long jump.

Well in 5 years time I see myself retired in the Caribbean, but more realistically I guess I hope to have built up a popular show and continue my career and DJ up and down the country and abroad charging loads of money! ! ! !

James Brown – I feel Good.

It’s a track that when I play it in the club it just makes people feel good! ! !

Michael Jackson – Billy Jean

This is the track that doesn’t matter what kind of music your in to you have to dance or sing

to! ! !

Whitney Houston – I want to dance with somebody (who loves me)

One for the ladies guaranteed to get them up dancing singing and in a good mood! ! ! !
