The six sessions will run at Floor 2, Messenger House, 35 St Michaels Square, Gloucester, GL1 1HX starting on Thursday 11th August. Sessions will then take place every Thursday until Thursday 15th September. All sessions are free and will run from 2-4.30pm.
Weekly sessions will focus on different aspects of the caring role such as how to access services, finances, how to look after yourself and juggling caring with other responsibilities.
