Gloucestershire Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a 41-year-old man from Gloucester who has gone missing. 
Phillip Hicks was last seen at his home in Deans Way at 11.30pm on Friday, August 13.
Phillip is considered vulnerable and police are keen for him to get in touch. They would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen Phillip, or who knows of his whereabouts.
Philip is described as white, around 5ft 2ins tall, of medium build, with a shaved head. He has a Westcountry accent.
At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and black and white Nike trainers.
