A community project in Matson is celebrating after being given a government grant more than double last year’s amount.
Together in Matson (TIM) has been given £12,000-worth of funding from Gloucester City Council to last until April 2012.
“This really is excellent news for us and the project in the community.
This will help us continue to do the good work we have been doing and keep the whole project running. “With the money increase we are able to put more groups on for the younger people.” (Vanessa Worrall, project manager at the group)
