As you may have heard on the news the Council are in exclusive negotiations with a major developer Re. the King’s Quarter site in Gloucester
The scheme is likely to include new shops, bars and restaurants, residential and office facilities, as well as high quality public squares and spaces, parking and a brand new bus station.
To ensure the planned development is what Gloucester residents and stakeholders want there will be a period of public consultation before work begins.
