Each year, Gloucestershire County Council consults on future term dates. The county council is currently consulting on two different options and you can submit your preferred option and give your views using an online form that is quick and easy to fill in.
The county council will look at all these responses in deciding on term dates for the 2013-14 academic year. The consultation is available at
www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/termdateconsultation and will end on December 22nd, 2011.
Charlotte Jones, Senior Admissions and Transport Manager at Gloucestershire County Council, said: “We are keen to hear the views of parents and carers as well as school staff in setting future term dates.
