Musical Background / History
I was fortunate enough to be growing up when there were many genres of music developing. Therefore I have an eclectic taste in music and feel as much at home in a blues or reggae club as I do going to see a heavy rock band, or even at a GFM takeover party lol. I am particularly passionate about live music which eventually led me to get involved and I have fronted several local bands in the last few years. Keeping live music alive is one of my main aims.
How did you get involved in GFM?
I met Bantu at one of the GFM takeover parties at Sloanes and I suggested that GFM could to with another blues show and he encouraged me to get involved. At the same time Chris also encouraged me to get involved when I text his show. I gave Perry J a demo tape and the rest is history
Achievements
Other than my live performances I have no presenter or DJ experience Being accepted into the GFM family is a great honour and I am tremendously excited about the future.
Musical Aspirations
I hope to be able to keep up gigging and broadcasting and devote as much time as possible to these avenues. As time goes by I would also like to look back and say that I have had a positive influence in promoting live music in Gloucester and the surrounding area.
