Break opens 39th Charity Shop

Break is a charity based in Sheringham, Norfolk. They have been caring for vulnerable adults, children and families for over 40 year.

Part of their care is supported holidays for adults and children with learning difficulties and associated disorders at their Rainbow holiday centre in Sheringham.

Break shops raise money to help vulnerable people from all over the country have a holiday and their carers a break.

On Thursday 13 May, Break opens its 39th shop at 77 Salisbury Avenue, Warden Hill, Cheltenham. To do the honours, they are delighted that Cllr Anne Regan, councillor for Warden Hill and Deputy Mayor has agreed to come and officially open the shop. The opening is at 10am and everyone is welcome for some ’bucks fizz’, cake and a browse.

In the meantime, if you have any unwanted clothes, bric-a-brac, DVD’s, books or toys, please take them into the shop. They are also in need of volunteers, so if you have a few hours to spare, please call into the shop and have a chat with Wanda, the manager.

The Cheltenham shop will be the 12th Break shop in the West Country. The others are at Berkeley, Broadway, Clevedon, Moreton-in-Marsh, Nailsea, Stonehouse, Tetbury, Thornbury, Winterbourne, Wotton-under-Edge and Yeovil.

For further information on the Cheltenham shop, please contact the area manager, Gary Selwyn on 07850 704716
