A body believed to be that of missing Gloucester man Phillip Hicks has been found. 
Severn Area Rescue Association recovered a body at around 4.15pm yesterday, from mudflats in Longney.
Formal identification of the body has not yet taken place, but police believe it is the 41-year-old.
Mr Hicks went missing in the early hours of Saturday, August 14, following a night out in Gloucester.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
His family and the coroner have been informed.
