Arthritis Support Group Moves To New Accessible Premises – Now Looking For More Members

The Gloucester Branch of arthritis care has moved to more accessible premises away from the city They now have premises at the community Centre in Abbeydale.

They were looking for premises that not only had a car park, but also was on a bus route and was accessible to Dial-A-Ride. Their previous premises in the city did not even have a car park. Now they not only have facilities to support more members but also need more members in order to survive.

They need sufficient income to pay for hire of the room at the community centre and subsidising outings for the group. A recent fundraising event was a sponsored swim to raise funds but more fundraising is needed
